When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google via Clerk, our authentication provider.

1.2 Profile and World Model Data

Information you voluntarily share with Butler about your life - family members, vehicles, homes, preferences, doctors, activities, and other personal details. This data is stored in your Butler profile and is used exclusively to personalize Butler's assistance. You control this data entirely and can view, edit, or delete it at any time from your profile page.

1.3 Task Data

The tasks you create, your conversations with Butler, and the results Butler produces on your behalf (e.g., flight search results, email drafts, call transcripts). Task data is stored in our database and associated with your account.

1.4 Google Calendar Data

When you authorize Google Calendar access, Butler reads your upcoming calendar events and creates events on your behalf. Calendar event summaries may be stored in your profile preferences to power proactive suggestions (e.g., "You have a trip tomorrow - need help packing?"). Full calendar event details are processed in real-time and are not permanently archived.

1.5 Payment Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials. We receive only a confirmation of payment status, your Stripe customer ID, and subscription details.

We collect basic usage metrics including task counts, feature usage frequency, API call counts, and error logs. This data helps us improve the Service and diagnose issues.
