Clear answers when there is nothing to cancel
Butler checks whether you have a subscription before trying to cancel it. If you're on the free plan with no subscription, it tells you that directly, without unnecessary login, support, or Apple instructions. Unavailable billing records are kept distinct from a verified free account.
Butler billing help without a second login
Butler can check your account billing records directly and escalate cancellation requests to support. It no longer sends you into a cloud browser to log back into Butler, and keeps cancellation requests open until the outcome is confirmed.
Unfinished tasks stay unfinished
Tasks waiting for your input will no longer be marked Done merely because a week has passed. Their status and conversation history remain intact, without repeated reminders after the first week. ---
